WHISPER WASH REBUILD SEAL KIT FOR OLD STYLE SWIVEL WW200

WW200 rebuild seal kit for whisper wash swivel, WW128, on the classic, ground force, aqua pro, eagle wash products, ultraclean, big guy, Lil Big Guy, Lil Guy, and Maxima. This repair kit fits the old style, non-cartridge style swivel. Instructions on the repair kit will arrive inside the repair kit package.

Be careful as to install the main seal in the correct position. Whisper wash directions indicate the following: "Main seal and secondary seal must be inserted with the spring facing incoming water. When rebuilding shafts, put grease on top of bearing and Loctite 680 on outside of bearings before pressure fitting in clean bearing housing. Wipe off excess Loctite and put grease on bottom of bearing before putting on bottom plate." Using a press to install the bearings is strongly recommended.

We strongly recommend purchasing two (2) bearings with the purchase of this whisper wash WW200 repair or rebuild kit. The part number for the bearings is WW138 and WW139.
